- Register your vehicle each and every time you park in guest parking.
- No backing in.
- Park inside the lines.
- NO RESIDENT VEHICLE(s) PERMITTED.
- No trailers, commercial vehicles, or any vehicle(s) that extend over or beyond the parking lines.
- Park at your own risk.
- Any vehicle parked more than 14 days in any one-year period may be towed without further warning.
- If you violate the rules above, do not expect your vehicle to be there when you return.
- The Association reserves the right to fine and / or tow vehicles in violation of these or any other Rules, Regulations, Covenants, Ordinances or Laws.

- By submitting this form, both I and the vehicle owner agree that the vehicle does not belong to a resident within the Association. I/We further understand and agree that if we violate this condition, the Association may fine the Owner of the Address $100.00 per day and that the vehicle may be towed and impounded at the Vehicle Owner or Operator’s expense.
- By submitting this form, both I and the vehicle owner agree to follow all regulations outlined in the Documents of the Association including no large vehicles, no commercial vehicles, no parking on streets or on any part of any sidewalk.
- By submitting this form, both I and the vehicle owner agree to release, hold harmless and indemnify the Centra Falls Homeowners Association, Inc. all employees, contractors and vendors thereof from any damages, incidents, wrongful towing or other circumstance arising from the parking of this – or any other – vehicle upon the grounds of the Centra Falls Homeowners Association, Inc. I/We further understand parking is at my/our own risk.
- By submitting this form, I and the vehicle owner understand and agree that this form may be retracted by the Centra Falls Homeowners Association, Inc. with or without notice and that if noticed, such notice may consist of an email, text message, phone call (including voicemail) or posting of notice to Address.
- NO BACK IN PARKING - any vehicle backed in to a guest parking spot will be towed at owners expense.
- By submitting this form, I and the vehicle owner understand and agree that no verbal exception(s) nor any other exception(s) not on an original form bearing an original signature can be granted.
IF THERE IS AN OBJECTION OR REJECTION OF THE FORM, IT WILL BE EMAILED, TEXTED OR CALLED TO YOU OR MAY BE POSTED ON THE DOOR OF THE ADDRESS PROVIDED.
ANY FALSIFICATION – INCLUDING OMISSION – OF FACT(S) ON THIS FORM MAY RESULT IN THE VEHICLE BEING TOWED AND IMPOSITION OF FINE(S) OF $100.00 PER DAY AGAINST THE OWNER OF THE ADDRESS FOR VIOLATING THE DOCUMENTS OF THE ASSOCIATION.
VEHICLE REGISTRATION(S) MUST BE VALID IN ORDER TO PARK.
Guest Parking Passes are issued in the following priority:
· First to those with the fewest requests; then
· On a first-come-first served basis;
