‼️ PAINTING UPDATE – 17th CT | GARAGE DOORS & VEHICLE PARKING ‼️
Good afternoon, neighbors ☀️
📣 🚗🚙 *Tomorrow, work will continue along 17th Ct*, including completion of the painting and garage doors.
*For tomorrow’s garage door painting, residents along 17th Ct must remove their vehicles from their garages before 9:00 a.m.* *and relocate them to the designated guest parking spaces while the work is being completed.* Painting of the garage doors will begin after 9:00 a.m., and garage doors should not be opened again until the following morning to allow the paint sufficient time to dry.
*Tomorrow evening*, once painting has been completed for the day, residents may park their vehicles in front of their respective garages without risk of overspray. However, please remember that the garage doors must remain closed and should not be opened until the following morning.
🚧 *Boom Lift Safety:* If you see the boom lift operating in the street, please be patient and wait for the crew to stop and signal that it is safe to pass. Please do not drive or walk underneath the boom lift while painting is in progress. Frequent vehicle traffic through the work area requires the crew to stop and reposition the boom lift, causing delays and increasing project labor costs. To help keep the work moving safely and efficiently, we kindly ask residents to limit unnecessary vehicle movement through these areas while the boom lift is in operation.

Due to the rain this week, no painting will be performed.
We will publish a new schedule below as it becomes available.
THU 9 July
GARAGE DOORS — After your garage door is painted, we need it to remain closed for a minimum of three (3) hours to let the paint set.
PARKING — If your building is being painted, we are asking that your vehicle be moved so it is in the garage or in a guest space during daylight hours.
Thank you to those who have been so accommodating! We hope to make the property look as nice as possible!

WED 24 June
With the rains forecasted nearly every day this week, the crews that are on the lift washing the tile roofs are going to be washing ALL ROOFS this week and next.
RESIDENTS: Please park your cars inside your garage or somewhere else to avoid any debris, damage or chemicals falling on your vehicles. We just received this update moments ago.
PAINTING SCHEDULE: For now this is anticipated to remain the same.
