THE ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW COMMITTEE ("ARC")
Goals:
- Review requests from Owners for exterior modifications.
- Recommend modifications or additions to community standards.
- Provide standards that Owners may institute with only a Notice of Commencement.

THE LANDSCAPING COMMITTEE
Goals:
- Identify and prioritize areas that need attention.
- Prioritize projects.
- Prepare budgets with manager and board for maintenance.
- Aid in establishing standards (e.g. what kinds of plants can be in the Association, where, et. al.)

THE FINING COMMITTEE
Goals:
- Review of Violations.
- Hold hearings in accordance with FL STATs CH 720
- Levy fines as legally permitted as a last remedy to achieving compliance.
