Exterior Paint Colors:
The following colors have been provided by the developer as the colors of the Association's exterior. If you are touch-up painting, be forewarned that the new paint may not match exactly.
SHERWIN WILLIAMS:
SW 7563 — Restful White
SW 7102 — White Flour
BM 313 — Golden Groves
BM 237 — Silken Moss
BM 163 — Somerset Peach
BM 711 — Boca Raton Blue
RAIN GUTTERS
Each owner may opt to have rain gutters installed. Here is the process:
1. Get a quote.
2. Have the vendor complete the Architectural Modification Request Form (The button is below.)
3. Submit to Manager via email as indicated on the form.
